weekly assignment: photo two: Alphabet

Shapes and letters, they are everywhere. When you train to see the world this way, they are all you see.

Patterns emerge in nature, around the block, on your way to school. They exist as part of your daily ritual. Now its time to capture them.

Your assignment: Locate and photograph shapes that could be letters with the right kind of cropping. Keep these as natural as possible, using very little Photoshop, except for basic corrections. Keep taking pictures until you get all twenty six letters of the alphabet. This will be more than just the alphabet, it will be your alphabet.

When you are done, combine them into one image, similar to the one at the top of this post. Make a colored border around the edges to heighten the professional look.
