How does the deconstruction assignment relate to the photos of Carrie Solomon?
What types of objects could you deconstruct?
What would the layout look like for the image that is in your head?

In order to have all of the elements of a professional looking portfolio, I need you guys to create your own autobiography as it relates to photography.
1. Write it out in Microsoft Word and use spell check, I want at least three hundred words from you on this subject. Use the Tools/Word Count in Word.
2. Write about what kinds of pictures you like to take.
3. Write about what inspires you.
4. Write about how your upbringing affects your photography.
5. Write about the places you’ve been to.
6. Write about what other photographers have inspired you.
7. Write about what has happened to your mind since you started taking pictures.
8. Write about how the perspective of how you see the world is different.

Photographer Carrie Solomon knows how to deconstruct the objects she photographs. Whether it be food, musical instruments , or raw natural materials (think bark, leaves, etc.) Carrie knows how to take the object apart and analyze it from different angles. Look at the guitar above, because she has a series of three photographs, all with different angles of the guitar compared to how it normally looks, she therefore takes it apart to analyze our own interpretation, to re-interpret that object that we see everyday.
