It gives me great pleasure to feature the work of now-graduated Senior Damien Madrid. Awarded Most Artistic Senior by the 2009 Senior Class, Damien has spent the last four years refining his own photographic style. There’s a certain mood to these pictures, a sense of mourning that prevails throughout, whether his subject is man’s own mortality or nature.

i really like the flower one because it is all alone and it is its own flower not anyone elses
I like the one of the flower, just because it stands out and i like the angle. it makes the flower look more beautiful then really life.
wow. i dont even know where to start. Damiens pictures are all amazing. i can’t find a single thing that i dont like about a single picture. he is really a great photographer. His work is amazing. i cant look away from it.
My favorite image from Damien Madrid is the 8th one because I like how the background is dark and how the main object isn’t right in the middle of the image and is like on the left side more. I like how it’s bright starting on left and then starts to fade away.
I like the light painting picture and it was great and looks like someone opened up a secret box or something and let out some magic or something.
Well put Sir!
Well I find most of his photos to be really creative and I really like that. But my favorite was either the 1st or the 3rd picture. Those are my favorites because I really like the way he edited those pictures and I love what he took pictures of, especially the 3rd picture.
