Photographer of the Day: Manuel Vasquez

Manual Vasquez in this series explores who we are in public places. In places like Airports, Train Stations, and Shopping Malls, Vasquez examines who we are under the lens of security cameras and who we are to the world at-large.

I like the picture of the people in the black background, its like a bunch of different portraits in one and its pretty cool.

I really like the one where you can barely see the guy on the stage but the stage lights take up most of the picture! At first glance I thought maybe it was a traffic light effect but it ended up being a performance or play Very unique!

My favorite image is the one with all the color dots. I like this photo because it’s got color in the background and because there’s just one person standing there, instead of a group of people like all the others.

I really do not have any photograph that is my favorite from this photographer. I did not like any of the photos because they all seem so boring and not unique to me.

Well its really hard to say which one is my favorite, because I think each one has its one creativity added in to it, and plus the photo series is pretty creative by its self. So really I don’t have a favorite I like all of them!

I like the one with the multi colored lights and far in the distance there is a man on a stage. I like it because he is a little man in the middle of a whole lot. That’s the message I get anyways.
